I was thinking that it is local; and I couldn't possibly enjoy it less that last time, could I? Then I realised that as it would be an undertrained slog this time, whereas the previous occasion I was in ok shape, then I would likely have found a way to make it an even more soul-wrenchingly awful experience than before. Hope you have fun there

Monklands fits with a day off, so I entered, I'm looking at a 2 hour and I'll be happy as a pig in shite...I've struggled with 6 mile runs this week though...someone's told me it's laps and long slow climbs...bring it on lol
