What are your thoughts on Vogrie or Dunfermline parkruns please?
I've done 12 Scottish parkruns and would like to do them all at some point but they keep adding more!
I've never done Dunfermline or Vogrie so think I'll do one this weekend for a change

Vogrie - too traily for me. Potentially very muddy. No rush to return, might do if very dry.
Dunfermline - tough. All tarmac. Each lap of three has a long downhill, a steep uphill and a short sharp climb. Despite that, quite liked it. Nice park.

57.5 Degrees of Pain
I am tempted to visit Aviemore in a desperate attempt to get back to having run 50% of Scottish parkruns. As princesszee says they just keep adding more! Though at least Alness will be easy to tick off too to us northerners.

Thanks Dvorak, both sound as fun as each other haha.
If I can do both by end of year plus a couple of the smaller 'Glasgow' ones I'll be at 50% and can work on the rest next year.

Dunfermline is a toughie. As Dv says though, Pittencrieff park is lovely. Dunfermline may become my new local. Not one for a PB though! Not done Vogrie yet, but everyone says it's great fun as a trail run. G
