It would be very tough pushing a buggy but one lady from Balloch managed it and was a lot quicker than me!

There's also a couple of tight gates that a wide buggy wouldn't get through. The woman with a buggy today just got through but it did take some negotiation! (And holding up of people behind her, not that it mattered)

Rabbit holes, narrow gates , a couple of swing gates and some fairly rough tracks would be obstacles for buggy runners

Cheers, one to save for a solo run then. Good turnout at Linwood 1st birthday today, over 220 and first time over 200. Course coped well after a busy start.

It's lovely Ally-C, dead flat and a fast finish, but a challenging and changing enough terrain to keep it interesting. And the cafe was pretty awesome (though you do have to drive)

My dear son said it was much better than Stonehaven parkrun. But I think the cafe had a lot to do with that! He's been going there all his life, the play park is also fab.

Charlton Farm is a wee gold mine. Run by such lovely people too. They could easily charge extra for the play park but they don't. And they very generously let us build our Scouts fundraising Nov bonfire in their fields too.

And the strawberry tarts are lusciously bad for you!! :-)
