It's about 45 mins from the fire station on North Anderson Drive, depending on traffic (and all the roadworks around Stoney).

google maps isn't always reliable, I'd rather ask somebody who drives down there regularly!

People are strongly recommended not to target inaugural events, mainly given the potential numbers that could turn up to heavily populated bits of England. Given the relative geographic isolation of Montrose and many other Scottish locations we can be a bit more relaxed here.

And the other thing is you could always as the RD of the new event. Email address is public after all. And you could ask some of those from your club who are mobbing it to also offer to volunteer? e.g. if you bring 20 runners and 2 volunteers, that should be positively helpful, not a problem?

I forgot about your over population problem in England of course. ;-)

I can do it 45 from BODee, and regularly do. but no harm in giving yourself an hour....

stonehaven is slowing us all up at the moment.

There are 31 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Alness, Aviemore, Ayr, Camperdown, Drumchapel, Dunfermline, Edinburgh, Eglinton, Elgin, Ellon, Falkirk, Ganavan Sands, Greenock, Hazelhead, Inverness, Kirkcaldy, Linwood, Livingston, Montrose, Perth, Pollok, Portobello, Ruchill, Springburn, St Andrews, Stonehaven, Strathclyde, Tollcross, Victoria and Vogrie.
