Loch Katrine, Meadows, Borders, Lochaber, Edinburgh, Cape Wrath, Starthearn, Highland Perthshire, Dundee, Moray, Loch Ness and Glencoe.

I've done 4 of them and planning 1 or 2 more this year. Not sure I'll ever get up to Cape Wrath tho! :-)G

I've done 5 of them so far - Meadows, Edinburgh, Highland Pertshire, Dundee and Loch Ness. I don't think I'll do any of the others this year.

It would be nice to have a go at all 13 plus Glasgow whenever it starts up again.

Duchess
I found an extra one (just for this year) - Callanish Stones on Stornoway at the start of August.

Oh, I forgot about that one! We were looking at going up to do it as part of our summer holiday but there wasn't any nice accommodation at sensible prices left

Oh yes, good one Duchess. I'm hoping to do that one. Bit worried about what Ian says no accommodation available. May have to find a friend to stay with instead! :-)G

If you were just going for the weekend for the race there are various B&Bs etc. but we were looking for something a bit nicer to spent a week or so but they all seemed to be either booked already or wanting silly money

Islay are hoping to run their first marathon this year too. Islay JogScotland's website says the start of May but I've been told they'll probably move it to some time in September as a/ their members might have some better weather to train in for it! and b/ May's already a busy time with the Whisky Festival and things, so accommodation could prove tricky for anyone from the mainland.
