57.5 Degrees of Pain
But at least you didn't support the big, bad corporate giant against the plucky local Dvorak ;-).

Jacs, Tigerlily and Star that may have been me you saw. I had one of the 10 year vests on. I didn't see any other Fetchies other than Nelski. I had a great time in Galsgow, really enjoyed the new route lots. :)

Well done at Glasgow half all and Kirky Dv (and Mrs S - did you do Bennachie? Is it a full on hill race? Used to go walks up there with my Mum and sis there 35 years ago, always felt a big climb at the time!) Blind Ken did a brilliant time, guided by Union too, so well done guys, if you read this post on Fetch too. :-) G

Little Stoker
Unbelievably great day and experience at the Glencoe Marathon yesterday. No idiots trying to overtake on tight paths, just a great atmosphere in stunning countryside through mud n streams n boulders n heather.
Unbelievably generous provisions from the organizers, with everything you could wish for at every well manned water stop, and hot hog roast etc at the finish.

Everything aches today, but a dead cert return next year.
Well done Wild Fox Events.

:-) G yes I did Bennachie and yes it's a full on hill race! It starts and finishes at Back O' Bennachie car park and goes up Watch Craig, Oxen Craig, Craigshannoch, and Mither Tap. Great fun run down the Maiden's Causeway then 3 miles through the woods. Very special to me too as we climbed the peaks as kids since I grew up in Inverurie. You must do it sometime! This year won by Kyle Grieg, Scottish hill running champ

I seen the winner's trophy for that marathon Little Stoker. Big boulder with a fox paw on it. Looked brilliant :-)
