I went flying over some cobbles earlier this year and was knocked out for 3 months due to soft tissue damage, so I need a gentle course and a kick up the arse to get back on track. I’m not even Parkrun fit at the moment, but loving the bike.

A family brunch has been organised and it’s the first time for a get-together since I moved up. Cheese scones ahoy! (I hope.) Secretly pleased, as it gives me another week of getting up to 5K without stopping, with help from neighbour’s dog.
