Always that worry with runners if we take a wee (well earned) break we will lose all our fitness. I would love to see you in mudclaws and doing XC this winter 😉

So will be signing up. glad to hear it MarkG. you also need to get into the tollcross park saturday morning endurance sessions, great way to start the weekend! Ally, you joining us this year? you know you loved Cumbernauld 😘. (i had a total nightmare there last year too!) Non Alcoholic Beer refreshments at camby club tent post race.
