Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hi, I think Hibeedeb Hibeedeb might be back in Scotland - shout out if you are up for any Fetchie meet ups. Parkruns are a good place obviously. If not, then hope you have a nice visit back. :-) G

HG - you still planning on Holyrood on Saturday ? If so I will join you. If not I will watch the weather before I decide on Cramond if wind free or Holyrood otherwise.

Yes mate, though I was weather watching a bit too! But I should just commit.

The only weasel words I will say is that if I have any kind of niggle in my calf / Achilles problem that I am carrying, I might just revert to a jog round, in which case your flying mile pacing services won't be required!

I'll probably come quite early and try and park at the meadowbank retail place (I don't think you can park at Meadowbank sports centre any more - is it a building site?) then will jog over.

Be great to see you there! Cheers, :-) G

Cool. I will see you there but if your plans change let me know. Weather currently looking perfect

My plan will be to target sub 21 if I can which requires 7:40 for the uphill mile. Consolidate around the back and then fly down the hill at sub 6mm pace.

Sounds easy

I may be lagging behind you on the up, but don't wait! Then I'll try and chase you on the down! Will be fun. Won't be easy! You got time for a coffee afterwards? Can give you a lift back, unless you always want to run home as a cool down / extended training? :-) G

LipGloss We’ve just had a couple of visitors that informed us a large section of Forfar Loch Parkrun has been tarmacked.
