Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I work in Perth Doc and it has had zero snow and hardly any ice (up to yesterday) so I'd hope it will be clear. The North Inch is a pretty park I have seen the Tay frozen solid there. Some nice kayaking too when warmer. Beavers! :-) G

One of my favourites too👍🏻

I did Holyrood where I took two minutes of my last & first time. Great course also.

414 at Falkirk (a bit busy!) and a decent haul for the foodbank. I ran my best time there since February 2020. Amazing what a bit of training and a week aff work can dae ;-)

I like Perth parkrun as well, will get back sooner than the last nine-year gap. Might yet enter the Tay Ten, which takes in a chunk of the course.

Beautiful morning at Lochore Meadows parkrun. Was chatting round with John B from our club, just back from 2:51 at Tokyo, his 6th of 6 marathon majors, all under 3. Age 52! Think that's Scotland's fastest over 50 for all 6 majors? :-) G
