The Drop twitter.com 10 or 15 mile option, taken away in a bus, given a map, make your own way back, no devices😀
Get 'dropped'.

I can see the Campsies - "Nae bother!".

I can't see the Campsies - "Oh shite!".

A cycling story, but very close to home. RIP Rab Wardell, very sad indeed. And poor Katie Archibald his partner. bbc.co.uk

Anybody follow Finlay Wild on Strava?

He’s been in the Alps recently doing all sorts, some boy.

K5 Gus
Yeah, really inspiring seeing some of the big rounds he does and of course the races.

The thing that surprised me since I startd following him, is that he doesn't train as much as I thought he would. I tend to think that these elites are training 120-150 mpw. He does do plenty but nowhere near that amount - quality over quantity I guess, plus he works and is not a full time athlete like some.

canal canter last night, poor Laura muir, probably thinking she was out for a nice quiet run on a Wednesday night and all of sudden runs into 100 odd runners doing a 9k race.

thankfully we all acted cool and ignored her :)!! she just looks so effortless.
