Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ah, that looks fun - thanks for the heads up katypie. Also, hello to folk here! Edinburgh based here, so I'm sure I'll cross paths with some of you without realising it.

Ooh, hi Fizzik. Though I live across in Fife now, work is normally Edinburgh based, so very likely to cross paths.

When the CorazyVirus is over, will we have a Scottish Fetchie meet up? Maybe a mile at a track? Or maybe just a drink n a nibble at café/restaurant? Be great to see folks again.

Perhaps a "free mile"? Not virtual bobbins but on a free track. Rough, old school stuff :-). Don't know a cinder track but i ken at least four blaes tracks, in various nicks (Denny, Bonnybridge, Falkirk and Kirkcaldy, ranging from 200-400m) and other potential places like Falkirk Stadium, the Policy Bings or the recently resurfaced original half mile track of the Falkirk Vics. Could do a 2-mile sometime?

Hope you are all doing well. I'm not running all that much despite the opportunities, walking mair. It's all quite calm in ma wee toun. I'm sitting in the warm in the greenhoose a lot. Like right now.

I'm not sure I can remember a more consistent spell of settled perfect running weather in April up north. Glad I can get out for my one piece of exercise and take 3 hours over it (albeit at quite a gentle pace).

I'd love a legal 1mile gathering when all this blows over - perhaps 2022? The days in Stonehaven a lovely and bright but there OMG there's a chilly wind coming into the coast today.
