Afraid I went out with heartburn and Tummy issues which did not help the cause :-( . The site of a run bubble bath on my return lifted me right backup :-)

Em I actually thought at one point I was going to have to stop and be sick and then 3 miles out I was tempted to see if my son was at home to use the toilet but thought no just get home. My own fault for having a warm boiled egg and no omeprazole before hand :-(
