It is quite tranquil. Quieter than the preceding Singapore  The bridge links one housing scheme with another, via a park; but where the shot is taken from is down off the park path, so pretty unvisited. The river used to (before my time) be considerably livelier, but was dammed upstream for a reservoir.

A favourite running spot of mine, though that evening I was just having a wander with the dog before picking my wife up from a work do. Nice pub right behind me too.
