What do you score Kieren?

I definitely drink 8 cups of fluid a day but it doesn't mention red wine or coffee.....do they count?

Me too - water - what's that? Weirdly I scored 19, but that's because I eat a LOT of everything...if I'd had to subtract for the cakes, chocoate, biscuits, cheese, coffee and wine it might have been different!

By the way (bit late perhaps...) chocolate orange count as fruit, as does cider and wine. A lot of kids sweets like Haribo contain real fruit juices so I guess they're ok, if you eat enough of them.

As for making sure food is safe, I like my custard either hot or cold.

Christmas and Boxing Day saw the rose china set my father shipped back from Singapore over sixty years ago (he was in the RAF) in use, so they were very nice plates. Back to workaday stuff now (ex Little Chef main plates, neighbour was a manager and they were being replaced. Extremely sturdy and nicely oval).

As for the quiz, 10. Most things, sometimes. Maybe I don't want a fruit or veg at breakfast (made a fruit salad today though) or that much at all. Or a most colourful vegetable; and even I don't consciously pile on a plant protein as listed every day. And have a longer gap between meals.
