I run in the hills with an 83 year old club mate. He takes me loads of great routes! What is old? A 60 year old club mate is still PBing at marathon with 2:55s. I'm off to search for what free stuff is coming to me, other than a bus pass! G

I was 2nd in the VM50 age group at Greenock parkrun today. Looking at the results for the guy in front of me he has a V50 course record there of 16.22!
