Then discovered my GFS time is slower now cos I'm old🤣
Last day for GFA entries is the day of Chester. 🤦🏻‍♀️

PB is 4:02.

But it's not automatic now.

It's the fastest however many they decide from each GFA group so I'll need to try to do more than just sneak under 4hrs.

Brilliant target and plenty time to train hard. I imagine its hard if they shift the bar a little so yeah....attack :-)
