Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well it was mentioned on the Dear Scottish Fetchies thread about a mile up here. fetcheveryone.com/forum/dear-scottish-fetchies-55629/

So who is up for the Findhorn Fetch Mile Festival?

I am up for sorting it.

Not sure when but probs in New Year.

Options will include a beach mile - but that would be tide dependant so an alternative would be a flat mile on cycle path into Findhorn.

Let me know if you are interested or any ideas.

A little thought about this and I am now thinking in the New Year. I have a few things stealing weekends between now and then.

So thinking of weather issues maybe looking March sort of time. I will have a check of tides on weekends - need to get a subscription to a tides site to go that far ahead.

A Saturday afternoon low tide will make for a good run down the beach - either a straight mile or an out and back loop or both! Wind direction could help or hamper that!
