Another week closer to Newport. HOD how are you getting on ?Feeling any better? I ran my last LSR yesterday as been ill again but got it in the bag.Taper time for me .I can not believe how quick the time has gone and race day is almost upon us. |

Hills of Death (HOD)
I still haven’t run I’m on AB I thinking if I get back to running should I do half/10k. I think the marathon will be effected

I would think that if you are on AB and feel rough maybe you need to think about wether it is wise to race? I would think the half would be a better outcome as you may want to run fast over 10k?You can just jog the half if need be. Maybe just set off and see how it all feels as they start same time? |

Hills of Death (HOD)
I did the half I plodded round in MP. Miss HOD did a 13 min PB wasn’t happy though she was with the 4.15 pacer till 21 got calf cramps. Still did 4.23. |
