It refers to someone called Albert Pierrepoint, who carried out more public executions than anyone in modern British history. "One of Britain's Greatest Swingers". Geddit?!?!?!?! This T shirt is being sold for £17.53 +P&P. It's being advertised as a kids T shirt...
