I assume the Bintshoppe is the original one? You've had a lot of bad luck in the building lately. Hope not too much damage

Current building used to be Central St Martin's School of Art. The building itself is quite old.

Sorry, from the website it sounds like it was rebuilt from scratch. It certainly looks like it still. (or it did when I was last there)

It is very beautiful and new and one would expect the amount of money spent would make it work water tight.
