I once arrived on a Swiss station 2 minutes late, on an international train. There were all these people waiting for us to help us catch our connecting trains...

I often have foot pain. I use a golf ball and stand and press on a painful point for up to 10 secs and move on to the next point and repeat for a few points on each foot. It was recommended by my sports massage person and does really help if I do it every morning

'Rest' is what people say when they don't really know what's going on, on the basis that 'it can't make things worse'.

Well he shouldn't sit in other people's seats, should he?
Waiting for someone to come and collect the 350 bottles of water that have been cluttering up my hall since Wednesday. (Asda's donation to our club race on Sunday, but I need the space in the car to give lifts to fellow choir members, yadda yadda, so need someone else to get them to race HQ.)
