I had hoped it would run and run until it was up there with the disappearances of Lord Lucan and Shergar. However, it was uncovered lurking in a foreign cupboard with a family of frying pans, disguised as a wok. So convincing was its cover that it had formed an intimate relationship with a real wok and they were spooning when found.
