Run done. First time this year it was light enough to do the return run on the back roads. Had to run through a flood, managed to keep my feet dry.

Run done. Nearly got run over by my nextdoor neighbour reversing off the drive at high speed without looking! The man is an idiot! (Sorry. Rant over).

Having breakfast of overnight oats with blueberries, protein shake and a yogurt. Mr Ness wants to go shopping to decathlon to buy some extra weight plates. Might go with him.

Stuck in traffic on the fun bus

Someone just road rated us. It caused great hilarity on the bus as clearly she had bigger problems than an entire minibus load of people with rumours!

Oh dear @leaguefreak and sorry but the typos made me giggle.

I was sitting here shivering and then Mr Ness said he was cold. We then realised it was because the heating had gone off! 🙄
