Was nice in Aberdeen this morning although cloudy a bit now - washing all nice and dry.

I have a warning light on my car dashboard and do reading the manual it means my tyre pressure so will nip to Asda with my 20p's and pump them up - by that I mean OH will ;-)

One of my colleagues is trying to explain to another what a Samurai sword is.

I’m doing some teaching later. I’m going to use a PowerPoint I wrote about 4 years ago. I haven’t reviewed it yet. What can go wrong?

Love Lettuce
Managed to forget both trainers and swimming costume for my lunchtime PT session. Nipped to Sports Direct for a cheap swimsuit (in Jamaican national colours no less) so ended up doing a pool session and skipping the dreaded hill repeats. Maybe I should forget my trainers more often...
