I need to get up as I have to travel down for the party tonight. I'm stopping off to see my sister and nephews on the way, then helping the birthday girl out with her toddler whilst her hubby does secret party business. The birthday girl has hurt her back and is doped up to the eyeballs on pain killers.

Will miss parkrun but will go for the coffee.
