I'm supposed to be getting a hire car but Enterprise haven't rung me yet, luckily I don't need a car till Monday anyway, but I might have to chase them today about that.

You can make quite a fun sea shore desert with a digestive crumb cheesecake type base and blue jelly. starfish shaped biscuits might even be a little unimaginative (though depending on age of children and how much tidying up anyone can be bothered with, they could be allowed to decorate their own with icing and small sweetie type things).
