We had tesco delivery yesterday. Resting my legs. Skated (well flailed round while they skated) with the kids this morning and ran this afternoon. My legs might just fall off.

Going back a few pages...Columba can't you ask your neighbour to ask the nice man to come back and get the rest of the branches? HP I don't suppose me even going to Golspie can give you a fetchie wave past. Been out with some fetchie/buns for afternoon tea and then home with Alfie for a sleepover. He and his grandad have gone to bed..wonder who will sleep first

I often work in Golpsie so a weekday visit could result in a wave past LG. If you waved going over the Kessock Bridge I'd just about see you from Avoch
I tried to do yoga too soon after dinner. I felt rather squeamish. Today has been a particularly dreadful day food wise. I really need to sort myself out and eat more healthy stuff and exercise a bit more (yoga and dog walks won't cut it and sporadic climbing won't either)

Will probably be up spring/summer time, OH was there the other week but I had Smokies. Alfie fell asleep no problem (unlike what he has been doing this week) so I'm off to bed just incase this means an early start tomorrow
