Thanks SPR, that means I probably can't have the £73 ones.

Advice needed: I want to transition towards a more minimalist shoe. Currently wearing Brooks Adrenaline, but I wore my knackered Nike Free RNs for all my running on holiday (I usually just wear them as a gym shoe) and found that I preferred the way my feet moved in them. What do I need to be aware of when switching to a lighter weight shoe, and any suggestions for models/brands to look at?

LL, if you run well and are comfortable in both the Adrenaline and the Free you may find you're better with a bigger heel differential than you'd find in a truly minimal shoe, though sometimes trial and error is the only way to find out.
If you can get to a running shop (or order a few pairs online with a view to returning those that don't suit you, since as I recall you're not on the mainland) it would be worth trying on a selection of "racing" shoes and shoes that are marketed for their minimalist credentials to find out which are comfortable in the first instance.
In the spirit of, "If you like that, you might like this," I can run in the Free and my current favourite training shoe is the Nike Lunaracer 3, which has a 7mm drop and which I find very similar to the Free for shape and fit. It's been discontinued for a few years, but there's usually a selection of sizes for sale on eBay.

That's good advice, thanks! I don't think I'm ready for true minimalism, but I was surprised at how rigid the soles of my Adrenalines felt after running in the Frees. I might take a wonder to the local sports shop at lunch time and start trying different shoes out. They have a limited range of brands (no Brooks), but plenty of Nike and Asics models.

New kayentas arrived today. I got them for £67 from alpine trek, but they seem to be back to full price now.
Not run in them yet, but they look promising. I hope the uppers aren't too flimsy.

I'm really liking the look of Inov-8's new V3 of the F-light, in particular the F-light 235 v3. I know they're marketed as a fitness shoe but they used to be aimed as a running shoe. I think these will be a great running shoe, especially the one with their new Graphine grip.
They will be my next purchase

What are the Kayentas like jacclaw? I'm looking to buy either the Kayenta, Solstice or Escalante Racer.
