Parkrun done and dusted 32.43 new PB for me although my parkrun shows my PB is 32.27 but that was someones else's last year and I have been trying to get there so maybe next week. Conditions today were bloody awful!!! Howling wind and freezing and the north sea swirling round about.

Thank you, I'm being a wuss I know, - in all honesty it's probably mostly the Black Dog talking as he seems to have taken up residence the last few weeks.
I'm beating myself up over missed training runs, and cut short runs and quite simply not enough runs and calling myself lazy and stupid and all the other things we like to throw at ourselves
Time to HTFU and get round the Cambridge half tomorrow - in the gales and sleet!

HB - YOU CAN DO IT!! Dont make this red head from Scotland come down and kick you on the backside. We all have huge amounts of faith in you. I have doubts in my abilities for the Inverness half next week. I havent done the training I should have and I've been told it can be hard in places but bugger it, I have ran a half before and I have ran just under 10 miles in training. I know I can do it. We all have doubts but I can guarantee you that you WILL finish and you will will have a huge smile on your face.
OC - same speech for you as well. You can do it
