It could even include an edit button? An online course I am currently doing offers you the option to edit posts for 15 minutes after typing, enough time to correct typos or retract ill-judged remarks without being able to go back and rewrite history.

I'm not much of a Facebookist so it's not an essential feature here for me but if there has been huge demand for it......... although I agree that an edit button would have been more useful... although having said that the auto-correct works quite well on bad speling (<sometimes)
