Hi, Having missed the cut for the Sheffield Half doing the Leeds for the first time. Can anyone give me an idea what the route is like as compared to Sheffield Half & GNR. Cheers.

Dont know about Sheffield and have only heard of what GNR is like.
Leeds is uphill for the first half and then down/flat thereafter. The steepest bit is Stonegate Rd, which isn't too bad.
Others with better knowledge than I will be along I am sure.

I haven't done either of the other two either.
What monkey man said about the course is correctamundo. Stonegate Road being more of a long drag than a steep hill as such. In my pinny-on.

Oh, this thread is relevant to my interests.
I shall go read whilst it's only six pages of back-reading.

That didn't take long.
I ran my first half in Liverpool on Sunday and buried myself into running 1:57. I will, therefore, be running this race for "pleasure".
