Lizzie can you make that a BIG ouchie.....Dad has now repeated mum and stood on them at least once.......at least my muscles don't hurt! I wanted to run/cross trainer it today but had a serious couldn't be moment....nor do I think my toes would have permitted me to wear my trainers..... munching his supper he has cabbage and I've just got a hot choc and think I am going to have a slipper moment or 10!
