I am in. Realistically going to need the weekend to plan* and then join in with gusto from Monday. * Plan = Very good (arguably best?) mate from Air Force days arrived tonight to spend the weekend. GodMum to FFS (its his birthday weekend, hence the taceval), rugby mate of MrsC and probably the person I love next best in all the world after my family. Walks, talks and boozing will all happen over the next 3 days. As surprises go, it's a doozie!! As prep for future... ...well, let's just say it'll be a nice and easy low bar |

for weeks (months) I have said I need to drop my Friday and Saturday drink to help weight so after tonight (I have a half bottle left from last weekend that can't go to waste :-D ) so I will drink with Sunday roast (or if hahaha we go out) only I will aim to lose 6-7kg by year end (currently on WW to aid with this) I will commute under my own steam at least 6 times a month (week holiday in October!) I will do 3+ strength sessions a month (non running week days seem ideal for this) |

Amazing Pix - (and for Angus too) this is about framing - in Katy Milkman’s book “how to change” we are more likely to succeed if associated with a temporal landmark (ie a date). I recommend you can say you start on Monday - the first Monday and proper week of Sep. Of course you could keep the drink if able to moderate and it is logged for calorie tracking (but far easier to get rid!) |
