I'm thinking of doing this as my come back from injury marathon but my navigation skills sometimes let me down. Is anyone else around the 5 3/4 to 6 hour mark doing this who would like some company?

It's on 23rd June. I'm thinking it will take me up to 6 hours as it is off-road, self navigation, and I am still coming back from injury but need to increase my mileage as I've entered a baby ultra at the beginning of July!!

Max and Speedy Mel are doing this. Might be worth f-amiling one or both of those.

Lums is doing it slowly, but he reckons around the 5-5.30 mark.

I'll be doing in in however long it takes me, but I'm hoping not to be out for 5 hours.

Will see you there, I'm doing it with my brother in law. Our only aim is to finish as it is a training run for something longer later in the year so no idea how long but I suspect about 5:30. The navigation wasn't that hard last year - instructions were good, and it was really muddy, should be really dry this year.

Really looking forward to it - it's a really friendy, fairly low-key race (didn't even know when I'd finished last year!)

If the weather's anything like it's been for the past few days, I'll have a ball on Sunday.

Map with points marked. The highlighted one's are the check points. The others correspond to the start of each numbered instruction point.

We are doing it too. Took about 6:30 last year. Trust me its not one to rush or you miss all the cake :)
