Hi all, need your help guys. After getting lost at Saltburn, have decided to try and utilise Garmin 305 for downloading a race route-Run to the Castle on Saturday. But can I work out how to do it? I've plugged it in, downloaded the route to the watch from the website but dont know what to do now-where is it and how do I use it if I find it?? Cheers

Scroll through the menus to 'Training' then pick 'Courses', then find the route by name.

Very kind of you, Princess .. but I'm stuck in the Midlands that week (I live here, sadly!). Have been terrible organising my trips up North to coincide with races, keep missing them. Good luck with the race though - I'd not heard of it before, but looks a nice one, and for a good cause, too! One for next year

Well what a brilliant Day a Hardmoors Princess Challenge. 46 runners , no dnf's
Fetches own Princess PB came up with the idea of running the Hardmoors 30 ,normally run on New Years Day in September to raise much needed funds for Scarborough & Ryedale mountain rescue. On Sunday , all her hard work paid off & the event went very smoothly raising over one thousand pounds for them.
I know some sad folk that would be spouting blog after blog on here milking it for all its worth and desperately (and sadly ) trying to become MOTM yet i spent ages on the phone to her today begging her to write a blog detailing her experiences putting it all together and of course running the 30 miles to boot !
Well done Kelly, your plaudits form all the Hardmooors family and of course Scarborough Mountain rescue (who have been bowled over by this event) are very much well deserved.
Please write that blog.
