Is there anything to actually say that you shouldn't exercise after the jab? Or is it just precaution?

Roberto - I haven't seen anything about not exercising post jab. I ran the following morning. Advice given to me was that if I felt a bit under the weather then take it easy.

OK great, I'll head to the track this evening as planned then. Arms a little heavy but feel fine otherwise

I'm doing a 1hr run before but my long ride is 3hrs so rather than risk feeling under the weather or bad whilst out I moved it to tonight and swapped my rest day to sunday hopefully a full rest day will also mean nothing missed next week not that I am intending feeling bad!

I specifically asked the nurse that vaccinated me yesterday whether it would be ok to run at lunch time. He said there was no reason at all why I shouldn’t run if I felt ok.

Jab done. Mine was at 4:40, wifes at 6:15 but they let her straight in. On our way home by 5. Oxford for both.

I regularly volunteer marshal at a vaccine centre and have not heard any cautionary words being said bout exercise. If you feel ok then crack on as normal.
After my jab and the required wait I ran home the 5 miles from the centre with no ill effects.

Very sore arm today. Struggling to lift it above my shoulder. Feel fine otherwise though.
