EvilPixie Apr 2021 4:07pm, 16 Apr 2021 24,642 posts	0 EvilPixie I'm doing a 1hr run before but my long ride is 3hrs so rather than risk feeling under the weather or bad whilst out I moved it to tonight and swapped my rest day to sunday hopefully a full rest day will also mean nothing missed next week not that I am intending feeling bad!

ageingtractor Apr 2021 6:50pm, 16 Apr 2021 585 posts	0 ageingtractor I regularly volunteer marshal at a vaccine centre and have not heard any cautionary words being said bout exercise. If you feel ok then crack on as normal. After my jab and the required wait I ran home the 5 miles from the centre with no ill effects.
