Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice Mrs S :)

Got my daughter to put the washing out the other day but her pegging was appalling so ended up redoing it. Gave me great pleasure though. :)

teach her better pegging skills, Jock! Ds1 sometimes puts the washing out for me if I cajole him enough, I'd give him 6 out of 10 for pegging skills.

Pegged two lots out before the school run this morning. Has been threatening to rain all day. It's like a game of chicken.

Am not doing the other two loads I need to do until these loads are dry. *crosses arms*

Shame gasping. I'm scouring the house for more washing but since no 2 son is at scout camp I only have enough for one wash today. Probably be raining when he gets back with a week's worth of manky clothes

Terminology: 'Fluffing' -- Going out and runninng your hands over the washing just to feel whether still moist. Sometimes not needed but we all like to fluff

'Melvyn' - where you run you fingers through your washing, you think it's damp but you're not sure. It could be dry. You leave out or take in? you've done a Melvyn'.

Also for sharing photos of 'Extreme pegging'. Plastic or wooden they are all embraced here :)
