The ones from the South Downs run please. I already have the speacial ones as Benni sent them to me ages ago.

I am up for tackling that run again in April if your up for it and can bear my whingeing;-)

What you wnet on a fell run with Hendo JohnJ? Where were these fells? Cumbria? Here? Scotland? NOT Portsmouth surely?

Erm,John, you will love it honestly. It's just a gentle jog in teh country with a few rolling grassy slopes, that's all. :-)
