Actually, of course there will be, so I'll change that last comment to "Let's hope the Orange Walkers keep to the sides this year" !! Bah Humbug Clatters ......!!

I've the proud owner of a knackered achilles and I've managed one 5k run since 3rd September so I think the GSR is going to be beyond me. But I can't find anything on the website about deferring.

There were people walking within yards of the start of my wave too and it was very crowded but on the bright side, it meant I didn't go off too fast then blow up half way round.
