I even remembered to look up and smile when I crossed the line this time, and not my usual, looking down and stopping my watch. Have they got that moment. No they have not.

For £250, Nywanda, you could go abraod. It's costing me less than that to go to Porto for 3 days in November for the Porto Marathon.

5k SPLITS WILL BE DOWNLOADABLE IN PDF TOMORROW.
Woops. sorry.
Yeah, I couldve done an around the world cruise for the amount Ive spent going to the west coast alone this year BUT I dont mind keeping the cash in Scotland Even with earlybird and SAL discount, race fees are monumental and strange - £22 for a 10K and then £10 for an ultra? I'm car sharing with 2 other runners and driving up early morning for Aviemore though- very green.

Well those photos of me are definitely bin material. They are AWFUL. Good god I look as though I am being tortured.
PS anyone else have difficulties with the chip in the bib? That's the second time I have wore one of those and felt very ill. I had to drop the bid number down away from my chest yeseterday. After that I felt fine. Although I could be talking complete and utter tosh as normal

I can't see how the chip in the number would make you feel ill. As I understand how these work, it is only active when you pass over the mats and then for a few moments there is a low power radio exchange betwen the chip and the mat. More chance of your mobile making you feel ill, if you are somehow very sensitive.
