Pretty much everything!!!
I think it’s the oven - a bad workman blames his tools! You never really know what temperature it’s at as the door doesn’t seal properly anymore.
When I took them out it looked like syrup boiling on top of dry oats. Once they cooled the edges were welded to the tray and the middle just crumbled.

A pharmacy I worked in sold Malt and Cod Liver oil. I don't recommend it for baking, or for anything really. I moved it from the top shelf after a 500g jar fell and annihilated the floor - thick runny sticky fishy goop is not easy to scoop up!
