Sorry but we disagree! The only issue with Dave’s custard slice was that the custard was ‘slightly’ stodgy, and he aced the walnut whirls. If the showstopper was as close as it looked then Dave should have won. We liked Peter but think he won it because they wanted the youngest winner.

I think Peter deserved it over the whole series. I wonder if it was harder for them to practice this year which would explain people winging it more?

Pleased that Peter won. I was sure Dave was going to be announced as the winner. And love the fact his flat mates only found out he won by watching it like the rest of us!
