Not sure if I'm ready, just got to get RNR out of the way this weekend then I can think about it. But haven't done as many triples as I'd have liked. I'm seeing the event as more of a completion exercise rather than 4 days running.

Looking forward to the Spring Challenge next weekend. This could be a solo venture as MM is possibly otherwise engaged. However, the Barrow events are usually well signed and I have done this once at walking pace so some of it should be familiar!!

The Spring Challenge clashes with the Cambridge Half so I can't do it. In any case, there's no bike option for the spring event. Enjoy your run.
