Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

One thing I dont understand on the website... I do hope it's a mistake, otherwise I'll be in trouble :(

I remember in early days the event being advertised as a challenge where you pick your sport and have 11 hours to complete the distance. Very achievable, so I entered.

And now I had a look at the website and there's a table showing start and finish times each day. So, for the run it is: day 1 - 10 hr, day 2- 8hr, day 3 - 7hr and day 4 - 6hr ! 6hr for day 4??? I have to say I am worrying now!

Ah no, I got it all wrong! I didn't notice the different distances in that table! It's 6hr limit for some 6mile run while marathon has the10hr :) I forgot there were short distances to choose too. Sorry for the confusion. I am happy again :)

Blimey Gymfreak I can't believe how much you're cycling!

But how much time would it take you to cycle this 125 miles if you were to do it at a "leisurly" pace?

Maybe there's no need to stress so much?

GF of all the people posting on here I think you are the most prepared with the most miles in your legs recently, you will have no trouble completing all 4 days :-)

Kaja I'm not sure, I haven't done 125m yet!!!

If I was doing it at a Sportive, probably 9-10 hours at a leisurely pace? But they are very hilly and this hopefully not so hilly so hoping I will be ok with the cut offs. I cycled just over 1200 miles last month but I feel very lacking on back to back anything.
