I'm actually starting to panic about this now. Did 102 miles on Sunday at a tough sportive in the Cotswolds, and all I could think was I could never do 125 miles 4 days in a row!!!!!!! That's insane. Why on EARTH have I entered this?!!!!!!!!!!!!??!!!!!!!! *stress*

You know GF, I was feeling like that yesterday, and I only did 50 miles. Although they were by far the hilliest (?!) 50 I've ever done, and I tried to tell myself it was like at least 80 suffolk miles! In fact I spent the last 5 miles swearing at myself and 100% certain I wasnt going to attempt barrow at all! I need to try and shake the mentality I have at the moment which is that I won't make it through day2. Not the way to set out the challenge for myself. PMA and all that. We CAN ALL DO IT, YES WE CAN. Raaaaggghhhhh! Etc. Will we have the 125 mile bike routes before the event? If like to get them gps'd, would be happy to send them to anyone once I'd done them. |

Ha Ha R M S L RichHL.. Quite funny there,i over heard some Ladie bikers Sunday 'moaning' of sore bits !!during long rides.. I call it 'Numb Nuts' for blokes.
