Perfect weather for a 26 mile +, day 2 of G B C reccy ride on M B , Fantastic route, very scenic with mostly multi terrain tracks & paths.

Thanks to Mudlark, yes and I have made my decision- in reality I only have 5 weeks to train so I can only concentrate on one discipline, so 4 marathons it is

I will be plodding so I guess speedwork not necessary, do I read your post to mile muncher earlier to do say a long run on the saturday then half the distance on the sunday? I thought I could build up to 10 on one day then 20 on the next and vice versa.
