F S, iv done a run / race over the downs some years ago & bloody hard course that was ,only one drink station at 15 miles thru a farm, a out & back course.

I like that Downlands run Foxsake, well done 
95 mile sportive done for me yeterday. Tough wind on the Isle of Wight, and some good decent hills chucked in. I do have a sore right knee, been doing a lot of hilly sportives the last few weeks, maybe my ITB is tight. Still cycled into work today without it hurting too much so hope it improves soon

I have a dilemma .... the "Earn it or Burn it" rugby shirt. I was about to order one, then came to filling in the "name" details to go on the shirt front. What is best? Full name? Christian name only? Fetch name?
What do folk think?
