LOL loz, nice one.Im planning this weeks outing for this now ! 18 mile long run with equale bike ride sraight afterwards (helps ease the legs )Sat. Sunday- 60 to 70 miles on bike.Should do nicely ! ' Oh yes 'for anyone doing the 125 miles Bike, every 30 miles theres a refreshment stop at a pub or tea/coffee restuarant for re-fuelling (food ) & a nice COLD BEER when finnished each day.But every one can also have a 'Cold ' one each day !!

Its just the 'multi terrain'bit thats tuff ,iv been checking them on mountain bike & its just as well theres a generious cutt of time for the 26+ milers .. As im from a running back ground i want them 'easy' to follow over the country tracks & paths .

This is a no for me. If it's anything like langport, its so far past tough that theres no enjoyment left in it what so ever. Plus I wouldn't of finished langport in time so wouldnt finish this
