Hmm, singular or plural?<br><br>Been given important letter to review. My brain's gone to mush and I can't decide whether 'x x Limited *has*...' or 'x x Limited *have*...' is the right form.<br><br>Normally, I'm pretty hot on this stuff, but I'm all read only today.<br><br>Thanks in advance and stuff!

There is no DEFINITE right answer in grammar, ever. *HOWEVER*
For a formal important latter, HAS (the company as a singular) is definitely more important.
You'd probably get away with HAVE in a less formal setting, as in "all of us at company blah HAVE", etc.
